Description
ABB is hiring a Low Voltage Systems Engineer to serve as a design authority for low-voltage switchgear projects in its MNS Electrical Design Office in Smart Power SPLVS – Low Voltage Systems Egypt. The role involves creating work plans and cost estimates, coordinating manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, materials, drawings, and documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cybersecurity standards. The engineer will work with customers, project managers, engineering teams, clients, and contractors, and will use low-voltage design and configuration tools, IEC standards, EPLAN, short-circuit and selectivity studies, automation, PLC programming, and switchgear configurators. The position is onsite in Egypt and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, an engineering degree, and English communication skills.
