TaskUs is hiring an LXS Program Manager/E-Learning Manager to oversee client learning relationships, manage budgets and reports, analyze learning data, and lead learner-centered training programs. The role also manages instructional design projects from needs analysis through curriculum development and evaluation, and hires, trains, mentors, and evaluates a team of Learning Experience Designers. A bachelor’s degree in instructional design or a related field and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required, along with knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, evaluation, courseware authoring tools, and learning management systems.
