PHMC is hiring a part-time LYFT Site Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of an after-school and summer out-of-school time program serving high school students in Philadelphia. The role oversees program schedules, staff and student activities, compliance, reporting, recruitment, community engagement, curriculum development, and end-of-year events, while supervising up to three Program Leaders, two Instructors, and three Academic Specialists. Candidates need at least two years of experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a high school setting, a high school diploma or GED, and strong youth-development, communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
