Baker Tilly is seeking an M&A Advisor to shape investor processes from market outreach through transaction closing, develop equity stories for sell-side targets, advise investors and targets, analyze markets and business models, prepare information memoranda, set up financial data analyses, and manage interns. The role requires an excellent Master’s degree in economics or business administration, substantial M&A or related professional experience, complex project experience, analytical and communication skills, German and English proficiency, and initial leadership experience.
