Description

BlueThrone is hiring a Mobile App Investment Analyst to source, evaluate, model, and execute mobile app and complementary SaaS acquisitions. The role owns the investment thesis from first look through IC recommendation, including financial modeling, KPI analysis, founder meetings, diligence coordination, and deal-process management. It is fully remote, open to candidates in UTC+1 to UTC+8, and requires 2–4 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or buy-side experience.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 2–4 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or buy-side experience with hands-on deal experience
Mobile app experience with knowledge of app ecosystem metrics
Buy-side experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or corporate M&A
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building financial models for mobile app businesses, subscription cohorts, ad-revenue forecasts, or ROAS-based acquisition models
Experience modeling or working with debt structures and understanding leverage impacts on returns
SaaS experience with MRR, ARR, net revenue retention, churn, and expansion revenue
Experience running or supporting end-to-end M&A processes from LOI through close
Buy-side experience in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or corporate M&A
