Description
The employer is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to support complex M&A transactions through financial modeling, financial statement review, accounting corrections, PowerPoint presentations, due diligence, deal execution, client-facing materials, stakeholder collaboration, and AI-assisted workflow efficiency. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, direct M&A experience, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, U.S. GAAP knowledge, advanced presentation abilities, and excellent English. It is based in Colombia, preferably Bogotá, and offers work-from-home and flexible hours.
