GR8_TECH is hiring a corporate lawyer to lead cross-border M&A and corporate transactions, support gambling-market entry and regulatory compliance, and manage legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. The role covers legal due diligence, transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, licensing, corporate governance, corporate documents, and coordination with administrators, company secretaries, and other service providers. Candidates must be legally qualified in a civil or common law jurisdiction with at least four years of relevant experience, strong cross-border transaction experience, and practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters.
