Partner One is hiring a full-time, permanent, fully remote M&A Associate to support the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions of software businesses. The role involves prospecting acquisition targets, managing relationships with targets and sell-side investment banks, evaluating business and financial performance, conducting industry research, analyzing investment materials, managing the deal pipeline, and supporting transactions through the full M&A lifecycle. Candidates need 2–3 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience, prior software M&A transaction experience, strong analytical, communication, sales, accounting, financial modeling, and Excel skills, and preferably an undergraduate business-related degree.
