PwC Services Portugal (PSP), a joint venture between PwC Luxembourg and PwC Portugal, is hiring an M&A Associate in Porto to support PwC Luxembourg’s Deals and Strategy platform. The role involves end-to-end support across the M&A lifecycle, including research, financial modelling, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence coordination, and preparation of client-facing materials for cross-border transactions across Europe. Candidates should have a degree in a finance-related field, 1–3 years of relevant analytical experience, strong Excel modelling skills, and excellent English communication, with additional European languages and tools like Alteryx, Power BI, or Python considered assets.
