Partner One is hiring a full-time, permanent, fully remote M&A Associate to support the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence, and execution of software company acquisitions. The role involves prospecting acquisition targets, managing relationships and the deal pipeline, conducting market research and financial analysis, reviewing investment materials, advancing opportunities through the full M&A lifecycle, and collaborating on diligence and deal execution. Candidates need 2–3 years of investment banking, private equity, or corporate development experience, prior software M&A transaction experience, strong analytical, communication, sales, accounting, financial modeling, and Excel skills, and preferably a business-related undergraduate degree.
