Banyan Software is hiring an M&A Analyst to support a high-volume, technology-focused corporate development and private-equity-style M&A team. The role covers deal origination, financial and operational due diligence, valuation and analysis, investment memoranda, board approvals, integration strategy, and coordination with legal, technology, human resources, and tax teams. Candidates need a business or finance degree, at least two years of relevant M&A experience, strong financial-modeling and analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
