Banyan Software is hiring an Associate to support its technology-focused M&A and corporate development team. The role covers deal origination, owner and advisor conversations, financial and operational diligence, valuation and investment memoranda, integration strategy, and assistance with the finance, operations, and integration of acquired businesses. Candidates need a Business or Finance degree, at least four years of relevant M&A experience, financial modeling expertise, strong communication skills, and knowledge of technology and software industries. The expected base salary is CAD 100,000–140,000, excluding annual bonus and equity.
