Partner One is hiring an M&A Associate to support its Mergers & Acquisitions team in sourcing, evaluating, due diligence, and executing software-company acquisitions. The role involves prospecting targets, managing deal pipelines, conducting preliminary business and financial due diligence, analyzing investment materials, researching markets, and collaborating across functions through the full deal lifecycle. It is a full-time, remote position requiring 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, along with strong analytical, communication, financial modeling, and Excel skills.
