knowmad mood is hiring an M&A Intern for its Corporate Development & Acquisitions team in Madrid, with remote work possible and occasional visits to the Las Rosas office. The intern will support buy-side acquisition processes, analyze IT and technology consulting targets in Europe and Latin America, conduct financial valuations and scenario analyses, perform market research and benchmarking, prepare investment reports, and coordinate ongoing corporate transactions. The role requires current university or master's study in a relevant field, an internship agreement, interest in M&A or corporate finance, English at B2 or higher, and analytical ability; knowledge of financial modeling and AI tools is a plus.
