Lyft is hiring an experienced M&A lawyer to lead corporate and transactional matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, strategic investments, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, and financing matters. The role also manages and mentors an in-house M&A legal team, advises senior stakeholders, negotiates transaction documents, and improves legal processes. Candidates need 10+ years of corporate and securities law experience, top-tier law school education, California bar or registered in-house counsel status, and experience in complex M&A, cross-border transactions, and in-house team leadership. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office, and offers a San Francisco-area base salary of $236,000 to $295,000 plus equity, bonuses, and benefits.
