Description
Vantis is hiring an M&A Manager to acquire additional successful German general practitioner practices and general practitioner MVZs for its practice network. The role owns deal acquisition from warm leads through signing, leads contract negotiations with sellers, collaborates with external M&A teams on due diligence and agreement structuring, works with internal finance on business cases, and prepares and presents potential deals to management and the board. Candidates should have significant experience in a dynamic environment such as a start-up, private equity, consulting, or investment banking; M&A experience is advantageous, and healthcare-sector experience is preferred.
