Adobe is hiring an M&A Integration Program Manager to lead cross-functional internal and external teams through the full lifecycle of enterprise acquisitions, from pre-close planning through post-close integration. The role owns integration delivery, technology rationalization, process frameworks, executive communications, governance reporting, and delivery trade-offs, while partnering with business, platform, product, and architect leaders. Candidates should have 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or a closely related role, with large-scale multi-team delivery experience; M&A integration experience in a platform or IT organization is highly desirable. The U.S. base salary range is $124,300 to $234,600 annually, with California pay ranging from $162,000 to $234,600.
