Sand Cherry Associates is hiring an M&A Program Manager to support its Enterprise Transformation Office in leading mergers, acquisitions, and strategic integration initiatives across a large, matrixed organization. The role owns governance, integration planning, executive reporting, change management, and cross-functional coordination from due diligence through post-close stabilization, partnering with executive leadership and functions such as Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial. It is a 9+ month remote consulting role requiring travel up to 1–2 weeks per month, Central Time hours, U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship, and no C2C arrangement.
