Description
The role is an M&A Project Manager responsible for independently leading complex sell-side and buy-side M&A and corporate finance transactions, managing clients and internal and external stakeholders, overseeing valuation and financial-model quality, handling investor outreach and negotiations, and developing new mandates. The position also leads and develops associates, analysts, and interns. It requires five to seven years of relevant investment banking, M&A advisory, or corporate-finance boutique experience, strong transaction-process knowledge, financial and accounting expertise, and fluent German and English. The role is based in Hamburg and offers an independent project-leader position with client and team responsibility, development opportunities, and a market-based compensation package.
