Description
SRS Acquiom is hiring a Relationship Associate to manage the pre-closing and post-closing administration of M&A escrow, payment, and pre-closing solicitation transactions. The role coordinates with operations and payments teams, reviews and finalizes solicitation documents, maintains deal records, responds to principals and counsel, tracks transactions, and serves as the primary contact for deal participants. The position is hybrid in Denver or fully remote within the Continental United States, with a salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience.
