Lazard is hiring an M&A Vice President specializing in the Consumer sector in its Paris office. The role manages public and private deals, interacts with senior client executives, supervises Associates and Analysts, leads origination and business development, supports financial analysis and modeling, prepares client presentations, and helps manage the overall team. Candidates need at least five years of investment banking or corporate M&A experience, consumer-sector exposure, leadership and client skills, strong quantitative and analytical abilities, and fluency in French and English.
