Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is hiring an M&BD Manager – Corporate & Finance (Structured Finance and Derivatives) in London to support the global Structured Finance and Derivatives practice. The role combines client development, account management, RFP and pitch strategy, marketing campaigns, profile-raising, budgeting, and knowledge-sharing across UK and international markets. It requires extensive relevant experience, preferably in a legal-sector management role, with exposure to Structured Finance and Derivatives, business planning, budgeting, ROI reporting, and client relationship management. The position offers 35 hours per week with an agile hybrid arrangement allowing up to 40% remote work.
