The role also involves guest service, problem resolution, departmental planning, cost and inventory control, performance monitoring, relationship building, and compliance with legislation and audit requirements. Sales experience is beneficial but not essential, while the position requires a hands-on approach, hospitality service commitment, IT-system experience, and strong communication skills.
