TechnoServe is hiring a remote M&E Coordinator for its Smallholder Farmer Program in Mexico. The role supports the operational implementation of monitoring and evaluation by designing data collection tools, configuring survey platforms, training enumerators, managing and cleaning field data, preparing progress reports and visualizations, and supporting internal and external evaluations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or two years of results-based MEC experience, experience with qualitative, quantitative, and participatory methods, and knowledge of data collection and analysis software; Spanish fluency is required.
