The role covers mechanical and electrical estimating, bid analysis, preconstruction review, subcontractor selection, sequencing, constructability reviews, inspections, shop drawings, and commissioning. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering or a related field is required, with equivalent relevant experience considered; five or more years of construction or engineering experience is preferred.
