M0 is hiring a Solana Smart Contract Engineer to architect and develop Solana programs in Rust, extend its issuance infrastructure with Token-2022, optimize compute and account usage, participate in code reviews, and prepare auditable codebases. The role requires substantial Web3 and Solana infrastructure experience, including production deployment, account-model knowledge, SPL Token and Token-2022 familiarity, cross-chain messaging, and basic Solidity/EVM knowledge.
