Description
Brooks is hiring an M3 Functional Analyst to serve as the primary Infor M3 ERP functional owner for the EMEA region. The role supports wholesale and eCommerce growth, supply-chain evolution, system upgrades, EDI onboarding and processing, business-process design, requirements gathering, functional specifications, testing, performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, documentation, and automation. The analyst will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, retailers, consumers, and the global technology team, with a Seattle-based Global IT team.
