Description
Apple is hiring a Product Design Intern to support the design, prototyping, validation, and manufacturing of Mac hardware. The role involves 3D and 2D mechanical design, tolerance and failure analysis, prototyping, engineering data collection, DFM/DFA optimization, and collaboration with hardware, manufacturing, and reliability teams. Candidates must be pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in a relevant engineering or product design field, be available for a 6–12-month full-time internship, and be fluent in English and Chinese; 3D CAD, prototyping, materials science, tolerancing, and mechanical analysis experience are preferred.
