Description
The MACD Representative will provision and manage customer voice services in a hosted VoIP environment, including reviewing surveys, performing gap analysis, configuring BroadWorks-based services, managing telephone number porting, monitoring implementation status, and documenting customer requests. The role requires technical support, helpdesk, networking, telecommunications, or VoIP experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience, and an overnight schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM Philippine Time. It is an on-site position in Dagupan with PHP 18,000 per month.
