The role operates and sets up adhesive machines for different formats and orders, handles materials, monitors production, performs quality checks, and carries out minor maintenance and troubleshooting. Applicants need packaging or machine-operator training, KLB machine experience, format-switching experience, basic maintenance knowledge, technical understanding, PC skills, teamwork, and readiness for two-shift work.
