Description
WEPA is recruiting an apprentice Machine and Plant Operator to learn how to set up, monitor, and operate modern production plants, maintain smooth machine operation, optimize workflows, perform machine changeovers, resolve minor malfunctions, conduct quality checks, and document production data. The two-year apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027, includes block instruction at the paper mill school in Gernsbach, and offers strong prospects of permanent employment after successful completion.
