Description
The employer is hiring a Machine and Plant Operator in Wunstorf to set up, retrofit, convert, and operate production systems; monitor manufacturing processes; prepare and feed materials; edit, coil, label, and inspect finished products; document production and inspection data; resolve minor machine issues; perform simple maintenance; and, after training, instruct machine helpers and new operators. The role offers a gross base salary of 3,125 € per month, shift allowances, holiday and Christmas bonuses, 35 hours per week, 30 days of vacation, and an unlimited direct employment contract. Candidates need production-machine experience or comparable industrial-production experience, German language proficiency, and willingness to work early or late shifts; relevant technical training or at least ten years of verifiable industrial-production experience is also accepted.
