Description
The Machine and Plant Operator operates, controls, and monitors production equipment; performs setup and changeover work; carries out quality checks and documentation; conducts minor machine maintenance; weighs, labels, and packages finished goods; uses the ERP system; and maintains plant cleanliness and safety. The role requires completed machine- and plant-operator training or a comparable technical qualification, offers career-changers a chance, and requires willingness to work in a three-shift model.
