Description
Micro Systems Technologies is hiring a Machine and Plant Operator in Berg/Ofr. to prepare and set up a DIE bonding machine, load semiconductor chips and substrates, monitor bonding and chip placement, adjust temperature, pressure, and positioning, perform quality inspections, resolve production issues, and document processes and results. The role requires a careful working style, good fine motor skills, and willingness to work a weekly rotating two-shift schedule Monday through Friday; prior technical production experience is desirable but not required.
