The role involves operating and monitoring CNC lathes, performing maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing, checking quality and safety requirements, supporting process optimization, and maintaining workplace cleanliness. Prior experience with machinery, plants, or industrial manufacturing is advantageous, while technical understanding, safe process handling, independent and responsible work, German language skills, and reliable mobility are required. The position offers a permanent employment contract, above-tariff compensation, vacation and Christmas bonuses, workwear and protective equipment, and strong prospects of being taken over by the client.
