TriTec is hiring a full-time Machine and Plant Operator in Gütersloh or the surrounding area. The role involves setting up and operating a forming plant, monitoring the plant through various monitors, identifying and resolving malfunctions, and carrying out minor repair work. Applicants need completed training as a machine and plant operator, industrial mechanic, machining/turning specialist, or comparable qualification, along with shift-work flexibility and technical understanding. The position offers €18.00–€19.00 per hour, a permanent employment contract, bonuses, health management, and client-placement support.
