GRAEWE is hiring a Machine and Plant Operator to begin hands-on training in its production department and then independently operate thread-rolling machines, change tools, perform in-process inspections and documentation, troubleshoot production faults, support machine commissioning and maintenance, and monitor workflows and product storage. The role requires some initial metalworking experience, willingness to work shifts, and good German skills; vocational metalworking training is advantageous but not essential.
