ALLPOWER is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) for a client in Finnentrop, starting immediately on a temporary staffing basis with a high chance of permanent employment. The role involves setting up and operating thread rolling machines, changing tools, performing quality control, monitoring and optimizing production processes, supporting machine commissioning, maintenance, and servicing, controlling process sequences, and storing manufactured products. Applicants need first experience in metalworking, willingness to work shifts, reliability, responsibility, and teamwork skills; metal-processing training is advantageous but not required if relevant experience is available.
