Description
The Machine and Plant Operator will set up, operate, and monitor machines and plants in window production, manufacture and process plastic windows and doors, monitor production processes, perform quality checks, resolve minor disruptions, carry out simple maintenance and servicing, and optimize production flow. The role requires technical understanding, hands-on skills, reliability, teamwork, and flexibility; an apprenticeship or comparable qualification is preferred, but relevant production experience is also accepted.
