Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Machine and Plant Operator to independently operate, monitor, and control production equipment; set up, convert, and start machines; maintain production quality; troubleshoot minor issues; support maintenance; keep the work area organized; and document production data. The role requires vocational or comparable technical training, practical manufacturing skills, quality awareness, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to work a three-shift system. Compensation is based on the Papier IGBCE collective bargaining agreement, with pension, professional development, training, and onboarding benefits.
