TempWorkers is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) in Offenbach am Main to independently set up, operate, and monitor modern production facilities, perform changeovers and retooling, monitor quality, inspect products, resolve minor machine issues, document production data, manage material flow, and perform machine cleaning and maintenance. The role requires vocational training or a comparable technical qualification, technical understanding, independent working style, German language skills, shift willingness, and team orientation; first production experience is an advantage.
