InnoVision Personalmanagement GmbH is hiring a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) for plastics-processing production. The role involves operating, setting up, and monitoring machines; loading materials and workpieces; monitoring production; performing quality and visual inspections; measuring and testing parts; resolving minor malfunctions; documenting results; and maintaining, cleaning, and caring for equipment. Candidates should have completed training as a Machine and Plant Operator or a comparable technical qualification, preferably plastics-sector experience, along with technical skills, reliability, shift willingness, teamwork, resilience, and good German. The position offers permanent employment, above-tariff pay starting at €18.00 to €20.00 per hour plus allowances, and work in Nuremberg, Fürth, Erlangen, and the surrounding area.
