WORK ANGEL is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d) with an option for permanent employment at the Schwabach site. The role involves setting up, retooling, and operating packaging machines; monitoring and controlling production; documenting process data; meeting production plans; improving productivity; resolving minor equipment faults; working on projects; and maintaining quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Applicants need completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator, relevant plant-operation experience is advantageous, initial leadership experience is desirable, shift work in a three-shift operation, and German speaking and writing proficiency.
