STAFFCON Group is seeking a Machine and Plant Operator / Machine Operator for a client in Berlin. The role involves setting up and adjusting production plants, sourcing and loading materials, monitoring production, troubleshooting malfunctions, and supporting general production tasks. Candidates should have completed vocational training, ideally in a trade or handcraft profession, knowledge of machine operation, German proficiency, technical aptitude, reliability, independence, teamwork, and shift flexibility. The position is full-time and filled through temporary staffing (employee leasing), with pay above applicable collective agreement rates and additional benefits.
