The role involves setting up and adjusting production systems, loading materials, monitoring production, troubleshooting malfunctions, and supporting general production tasks. Candidates should have completed vocational training, knowledge of machine operation, German proficiency, technical aptitude, reliability, teamwork, and shift flexibility.
