Tempton is staffing a client in the Lenzkirch area for Machine and Plant Operators / Machine Setters in Grinding Technology / CNC Machine Operators starting immediately. The role involves setting up and operating CNC-controlled and conventional single-spindle, throughfeed, surface/grinding, and inspection/testing machines; controlling and maintaining equipment; handling faulty products; preparing materials and equipment; performing set-up and adjustment tasks; and documenting cutting or grinding tool results in the CAQ system. Applicants need vocational training in a metal trade or several years of grinding-machine experience, along with reliability, accuracy, quality orientation, teamwork, flexibility, resilience, and willingness to work shifts.
