Description
The role trains candidates to become machine-building specialists and then has them independently assemble complex machines using 3D designs and assembly procedures. Responsibilities include checking critical assembly points, contributing technical improvements, and improving assembly efficiency. Candidates should have strong spatial awareness, a hands-on mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and preferably knowledge of assembly techniques, electricity, or hydraulics; prior experience is not required because retraining is offered.
