PCA is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to support a manufacturing operation by setting up and operating packaging machines, troubleshooting and performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance, conducting quality checks, maintaining equipment and safety standards, completing production and safety reports, and cross-training with other production personnel. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, physical ability to work around machinery and heavy forklift traffic, and availability for any shift, overtime, and weekends. The starting salary is $21.92 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus and medical, dental, and vision coverage available within the first 30 days.
