Description
PCA is hiring a Packaging Machine Operator to assist with machine setup, monitor box quality, stack finished boxes, support operator productivity, complete production and safety reports, and help with equipment maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 45 pounds, overtime availability, and work in a manufacturing environment around machinery and forklift traffic. Preferred qualifications include packaging or manufacturing experience, folding/gluing machine experience, and prior machine-crew experience. The starting salary is $26.15–$26.43 per hour, with annual performance-based bonus, paid vacation, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan.
