Description
Mission Design & Automation is hiring a full-time Machine Builder to assemble custom automation equipment, collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers, operate shop equipment and hand tools, prepare materials, document project progress, and solve build challenges. The role is onsite in Holland, Michigan, with standard shop hours of 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., pays $20–$25 hourly based on experience, and includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, overtime pay, travel premium pay, and profit-sharing bonuses.
